Terms of service
War Machine is an AI operator for marketing work: it proposes a ranked brief each morning, produces finished deliverables, and — when you ask it to — acts inside tools you are signed into, with a hard stop before anything publishes. The service is operated by War Machine LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (1930 Village Center Circle, Las Vegas, NV 89134, United States) — “we” throughout these terms. By creating an account or using the service at warmachine.io you agree to them.
You need to be able to enter contracts (in most places, that means being at least 18), give a real email address, and keep your password to yourself. The account is yours: work the machine does on your instruction is treated as done by you, so do not lend the account to anyone you would not lend your own logins to.
The trial is fourteen days of the whole product — up to ten missions a day — with no card required. When it ends, new missions stop and nothing is deleted: your history and every deliverable stay readable and downloadable. A plan is what restarts new work, not what ransoms old work.
The paid plan is metered by finished work: a fixed number of missions a month, with an hourly rate rail that bounds runaway automation. The current numbers are always the ones on the pricing page, which quotes the amounts your card is actually charged. Some things the meter deliberately does not do:
Payments are processed by Stripe; your card number goes from your browser to Stripe and never touches our servers. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel, which you can do any time in Settings → Billing. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — that month is yours — and it never touches your token wallet: tokens were bought separately and stay yours. If a renewal payment fails, new missions pause, nothing is deleted, and the plan comes back on its own once the charge goes through.
What you give the machine — your answers, your uploads, your site — stays yours. What the machine produces for you is yours too: we claim no rights over your deliverables. Generated files carry a stated retention date shown beside them; files you upload yourself are never auto-deleted. When we shorten a retention policy, the shorter period applies only to new files — a lifetime a file was promised is not reached back and taken.
Deliverables are produced by AI models. They can be wrong, out of date, or a bad idea for your business, and the product is built to keep you in the loop rather than to be trusted blindly: missions run in the open, sources are cited on the card that claims them, and anything that publishes, sends or deletes stops and asks you first. You are responsible for what you approve and publish. We do not guarantee marketing outcomes — rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue.
When you point the machine at a tool you are signed into, it acts in your browser, on your session, only toward the goal you gave it, and it stops to ask before anything consequential. You are responsible for having the right to automate what you ask it to automate, including the terms of the tools it operates. We can suspend or close accounts that do these things. If we close your account for a breach, unused subscription time is not refunded; if we ever discontinue the service, unused token balances are.
Partners earn a share of what people they refer actually pay, on the terms shown in the referral panel, paid through Stripe Connect after Stripe's own identity checks. Commissions accrue only when money arrives, are held briefly against refunds, and are reversed if the payment they came from is refunded or disputed. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are cancelled.
The service is provided as-is and evolves: features are added, changed and retired. We do not promise uninterrupted availability — but the meter's own rules protect you from paying for downtime, because a mission that fails is never charged.
To the fullest extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. Before filing anything, write to us — almost everything is fixable by email.
When these terms change materially we will say so in the product before the change applies. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
