There is one address, and a person reads it: echo@warmachine.io. No ticket portal, no bot triage. If something is broken we would rather hear about it than not.

What to include

Any of these makes a problem far quicker to find — none of them are required, and a one-line “this is broken” is still welcome:

The email address on your account, so we can find it.
What you were doing — the mission you ran, or what you typed into the composer.
Anything the screen said back, especially a reference code on an error page. That code points straight at the failure in our logs.

Things people hit first

My sign-in link says it is not valid

A link mailed to you has to be opened in the same browser that asked for it — that is what keeps somebody else who gets hold of the email from using it. If you requested it on a laptop and opened it on a phone, ask for a fresh one from that phone. If a link has simply expired, requesting another always works.

I have run out of missions

The 14-day trial runs 10 missions a day and the count resets at midnight UTC — the app shows you the reset in your own timezone rather than claiming a time that is wrong where you are sitting. Operator runs 100 a month, which you can spend in whatever shape your week has. A run you stopped, and a run that failed, are not charged for.

The header says rehearsal mode

That means the deployment has no model key set, so output is fixed placeholder text rather than real work. It is labelled precisely so it can never be mistaken for the real thing. On warmachine.io it should not appear; if it does, tell us.

Where did my deliverable go?

Nowhere — every mission's output is kept. Open any past day from the rail on the left and the deliverables are on the cards, with copy and download on each. Closing the panel mid-run does not cancel the work either; the result still arrives.

The browser extension

War Machine Operator is what lets the machine act inside tools you are already signed into, in your own browser. It opens one visible tab and works in it a step at a time, and it stops and asks before anything that publishes, sends or deletes.

If it is installed but the app does not notice, return to the War Machine tab and it will detect it. Without the extension the same work runs in a browser we host and hand to you — 3 of those an hour on the trial, 10 on Operator.

Billing, and closing an account

Plans and what each one includes are on pricing. To change or cancel a subscription, or to have your account and everything in it deleted, email echo@warmachine.io and we will do it — your profile, your missions and your messages.
